Should we as business owners, supervisors, managers, administrators, HR professionals, trainers, and employees have some sort of fuduicary responsibility or traits to make the business grow and thrive more. Because if we don't take a least take the time to make the right and human thing to do. Then why do stay in business in not to help others?
