How do we promote people in business today? Do we do it from the perspective of a great body of work that is not only ethically right but they have done great work!! And we do not promote because I'm not who they know but what they have done in their careers!!! So do you believe that promoting people into higher positions is about the work they've done and not who they know? Because I'm a firm believer of the great work that people do!! Not of who I know to get where I need to go!!
