Anytime we want to create a new habit in our life we have to FULLY commit by practicing every day. What we dabble in or do every once in awhile will not become part of who we are. To accelerate the uncomfortable phases of getting out of our comfort zones, we have to commit to the change every day. What new habit do you want to create?
