We all have our thermostats set to a level that's within our comfort zones, and as soon as we endeavor to do something beyond that zone, we enter upper-limit land. While practicing a new habit may feel fun & exciting at first, we inevitably cross over to the discomfort of illness, injury, small disasters, laziness, excuses, blaming etc etc etc which is nothing more than our upper limit trying desperately to keep us safe and small.
