Last week I attended Life Mastery with Tony Robbins. Over the course of the 4-5 days, we did a "cleanse" designed by Anthony William, which was supposed to help us rid our body of toxins. In this episode of Workout Wednesday's, I explain my thoughts on the cleanse.
I also talk about training with injuries, since this was a question I received from one of my clients. This is quite an interesting question and I dive deep on how you can train around injuries, as well as find new motivation for training.
