This week, I want to speak to you about why I don't believe that meal plans should be the way to approach your nutrition. It's something I've never really been a fan of and this has been reinforced to me while reading The Muscle & Strength Pyramids by Eric Helms. Despite this, there is a time and a place for meal plans and they can be very effective, but for the general population trying to lose fat and gain lean mass, I believe there are better ways to approach such goals.
