Hey Listeners, welcome to the first episode of the ClariTea Talk Show. In this episode, we talk to Aditya Bose, Founder and CEO of ProBano. ProBano is an EduTech Startup that provides career guidance to high school students and college students across India.
Aditya shares his journey from an engineering student to an entrepreneur. He talks about some of the problems that our present education system and society have. We discuss how students take career and academic decisions based on society’s template without researching about and exploring different fields.
We talk about how people don’t study for learning but for marks. There is a lot of pressure on the students to score good marks and students end up focusing more on marks.
Talking about entrepreneurship, Aditya shares some qualities that he believes entrepreneurs of the future should possess. He shares his views on why there is a need for more young people to become entrepreneurs at a time when there is huge unemployment and job dissatisfaction in the country. Startups happen when a bunch of people see a problem and decide to solve it, so till the time problems exist there is scope for startups.
The entrepreneurial wave in India can make India the biggest economy in the world.
