Description

Dealing with anger isn't an easy task especially if you didn't even know you had anger issues. Once you realize that you do what is your next step? Maybe learning a little bit more about how we get stuck in this state of anger.

We go from,

Normal state of being (peace)

To a feeling

Then we attach an emotion to our feeling

After that we act out our emotions 

And more through that emotion, but people with anger issues get stuck acting out the emotion so much that it becomes a new state of being for them. They get stuck at the expression and don't move through.
