The holidays are a difficult time of year for many military families. In this episode I discuss a disturbing trend that is becoming more prevalent on social media. Spouses post questions looking for advise on topics such as making friends, resources for jobs, or even food banks. Far too often those request at met with ridicule or even flat out shamming. Why are we, as military spouses, so quick to insult and ridicule or fellow spouses when they need help?
Take the time to be a good person, lead with kindness first and be an asset and/or and ally. There is enough negativity in the world that we do not need to tear each other down when we can be helping.
