January is the beginning of every New Year. The time when many New Year resolutions are made. A good majority of people make promises to themselves on what they're going to do different and accomplish for the year. The problem with that is they get so excited at the thought of changing instead of actually changing by actionable steps and proper preparation, leaving them with a lack of understanding on the level of difficulty it takes to actually makes the changes in their lives through commitment, consistency, and perseverance. Lacking those attributes are usually the cause of one, not reaching their targets by the end of the year.
