Mother Mary and Joseph, I pray, and ask for my future spouse. With my limited understanding, I pray for us to be married as soon as possible. I desire and pray for total union and intimacy with my spouse. I pray that our hearts may be one just as your hearts are one. I pray that they may be attractive, sexy, beautiful, and someone I could love and never get tired of loving for the rest of my life.
I pray that they are healthy, healed, virtuous, and a great parent. I pray that we’d be such a gift to each other. I pray for compatibility, lifelong romance, alignment of values, and out of this world chemistry. I pray that they age gracefully, becoming more beautiful as they get older. I pray for our mutual sanctity. With my limited understanding, I pray that they may be the fulfilment of my wish list, unless you or your Son have something better in mind.
Mother and father, with my limited understanding, grant me these things if it pleases you. Purify my desires if not. Give me the grace, clarity, and peace I need to change, prepare, and wait for my future spouse. Let your Son’s will be done in me according to His Word. In Jesus Name. Amen.
