Today was the official end of my marriage on paper. Tuesday, the day that would have been our 3 yr wedding anniversary, is now the day my name is restored back to who I was born as. This morning the feelings were rising within me. This afternoon as I sat in my car the seal came undone and the grief I've been holding on to needed release. As I move to this new life I am grateful for this book and all of the stories within it.
Tonight I just decided to chat and I freestyled a poem to convey not only the pain, but the healing. My intention is that it offers you too some light.
