Description

It took a couple of weeks to get our distinguished guest on the show,  but it was well worth it to get a chance to talk with local historian/true crime writer JT Townsend.  JT has been busy the last couple of years working on the famous Bridgetown Bricca Family murders, culminating the release of his latest book,  "Summer's Almost Gone".  We certainly wanted to touch on the Briccas,  but we were also interested in several other cases,  both local and abroad,  that our guest has worked on in his career.  JT is the regional auhtority on many famous cases,  such as Lizzy Borden,  Jack The Ripper,  The Lindberg kidnapping and murder,  Jon Benet Ramsey and many others that we review in this fascinating episode.  In retrospect,  we could probably frame an entire episode around any one of these topics and still leave much to investigate.  We hope to have JT back on for future visits to do just that,  but until then here is an introduction to the fascinating world of armchair sleuth,  JT Townsend!

Note:  If you want to hear the dulcet tones of JT singing a song please listen through the outtro!  :).  Please visit the links below to purchase his books.  They are addictive!
