So not only was Joe Biden's MLK Jr. speech on a fake set, but it was pre-recorded. Apparently Joe can't take even the slightest risk that he get any real reporting questions on camera. Today, I want to really ask why it is that Joe continues to use a fake set. Is he even in D.C.?
