Kelly Kerr chats about the 'Pay It Forward' voucher initiative in Colac. Donations can be made at Bella Hope Coffee, Hulms Bakery, Jo's Pantry, Colac Toyworld, Garden of Eden and Murnane's Country Fresh Meats. Vouchers are donated to Colac Neighbourhood House, Salvation Army and St Vinnies.
