Trying something different this time. Thought I'd write a guided meditation to help people relax and keep things in perspective whenever we feel worried, troubled or anxious. As part of the inspiration for this audio, I've been listening to a few Dharma talks by Ajahn Brahmali from Bodhinyana Monastery in WA. He explains very well the concept of death and impermanence and how that should not make us depressed but inspire us to find happiness within ourselves. Feel free to use if you find it helpful.
