The Goondiwindi Shire, just over the border in Queensland recently had local elections. I recently had a chat with the new mayor, Lawrence Springborg about how he's settling in to his new role, how people and businesses in the shire are coping with the current COVID-19 restrictions, border crossings into QLD.
