Description

Sometimes we feel shit about not reaching a specific energy output and even though the session was GREAT, we feel bad.

Today, I talk about how even though you may feel like the session wasn't valuable, that doesn't mean that it wasn't . 

Don't use "energy burnt" as a guideline to how valuable a session was.

The session can be as valuable as we make it. 

The calories don't make something more valuable because the number was high on one day compared to another.
