The Lake Oconee Academy Lady Titan coaching staff have put together a "Quarantine Off-Season" Challenge to motivate their players to be accountable and responsible for their workouts. We feel that by providing our players a fun and organized workout challenge, they will develop a sense of pride and dedication regarding their individual improvement during this time of isolation and separation.
