In a new night time slot, while trying not to be emotional, Trent talks about his 40th birthday, growth, aging and tells the audience about a recent health diagnosis. While talking about health, Trent reveals the affects of his drug, his need for a "Lesbian Bra" and his cure for depression.
Later in the episode Trent talks about being in the "Friend Zone", the importance of being clear about what you want in life and paying forward love.
Trent closes the episode talking about his gay doctor and show housekeeping items.
