People work so hard to GET a client, but don't put hardly any effort in KEEPING that client. The reason people renew or retain over and over for years to come isn't because of your curriculum or expertise. It's because of the Community Culture and the Co-Creation that is taking place INSIDE the program. When you create a place that your clients want to be part of and can't imagine doing business and life without, you increase the lifespan of a client.
