So this week I have a lot to say about the different types of clients we attract into our ecosystems and our programs, as well as really shedding light on shifting from 'getting the sale' to really thinking about the lifespan of a single client. What would it look like to sign a client who continues to invest with you over and over for years? How would that change the game for you?
It's common to put so much energy on acquiring new leads all the time, that we begin to think it's normal for a client to coach hop. Come in for a minute, get what they need and be on their way. This creates major income dips and it's not predictable or stable income either. Profit margins will definitely be low if you're in 'client replacement' mode all the time. WHICH is FAR more common in the online space than ever before.
However - it's completely reversible.
