Description

Healing our relationship trauma is about becoming okay with being our full selves even while we are with others.

Not hiding what is alive in us. Not hiding what is alive in our partner. But learning how to allow space for both to exist.

This is not easy. 

Josef and I have both had to evolve how we communicate in order to truly allow for all of us to have enough space in our relationship.

Nonviolent communication is how we did this. Super helpful tool.
