Claire and I first connected back when I was starting my own weight loss journey, as I was able to relate to a lot of what she was sharing and learned a lot from her.

I wanted to have her on the show to discuss more about intuitive eating because, while I am a coach that has personally lost weight through counting calories, and that is now what I teach my clients, I know there are other ways to achieve similar results. We both came into this with a mutual feeling that one way is not better than the other and everyone has what works best for them. So, with that, the point of todays episode is not to sway you to one side or the other, but to inform you and educate you about intuitive eating.
