If you learn from something, it is a lesson, not a failure.

You are who you ware today because of your past.

You can’t change that.
.
You can only change what you do today that will impact who you are tomorrow.

In the episode, I discussed my past dieting attempts, from WW and Nutrisystem to Atkins and Diet Pills… I’ve tried them all.

With each of these attempts, I have learned some key lessons that have shaped who I am today and how I view the health and fitness space… as well as how I coach my clients.
