Stan Phelps, is a TEDx speaker, Forbes contributor and IBM Futurist that inspires leaders to think differently about their most important stakeholders. He is the founder of StanPhelpsSpeaks.com, and PurpleGoldfish.com, a think tank of customer experience and employee engagement experts based at the Frontier in Research Triangle Park. He 

Stan’s keynotes and workshops focus on the value of customer experience as a competitive differentiator and the importance of employee engagement in building a strong corporate culture. He has spoken at over 250 events in 15 countries (US, Canada, UK, Spain, Ecuador, Peru, The Netherlands, Russia, France, Germany, Australia, Bahrain, Malaysia, Israel and Sweden) for Fortune 500 brands such as IBM, Target, ESPN, UPS, and Citi.

David Rendall started life as a pigeon-toed baby in Milwaukee.

He can't sit still, be quiet or do what he's told. He's also too idealistic and bad at managing details. All of these weaknesses help him to succeed as a speaker, leadership professor, stand-up comedian,  nonprofit executive, and endurance athlete.

During the last fifteen years, David Rendall has spoken to audiences on every inhabited continent. His clients include the US Air Force, Australian Government, and Fortune 50 companies such as Microsoft, AT&T, United Health Group, Fannie Mae, and State Farm.

In between presentations, David competes in ultramarathons and Ironman triathlons.
