As a reminder the book we are discussing over the next few episodes is Amelia's Intrigue by Judith A. Lansdowne.
In this episode we learn more about Tony, Geordie, and Amelia. . . . and we also meet some more side characters who might or might not be relevant to the plot (Amy's murder, ahem, character board is getting out of control y'all!). Not a lot of intrigue in these chapters. . .unless you count Geordie being able to communicate with forest animals a la a Disney Princess movie. There is a ball, a morning horse ride, a brief jaunt to the lending library, a night at the theatre. . .and Tony and Geordie's mom talks to her horse. That about sums it up but please still listen to the episode. . . we make it sound way more interesting that it was to actually read.
