Well we are ALMOST done with this book. In our penultimate episode diving deep into the mess that is Amelia's Intrigue by Judith A. Lansdowne we are STILL wondering what Amelia's intrigue is in this book (we know Tony's intrigue, and Max's intrigue...still don't know what is so intriguing in Amelia's life though). We also dig into the inexplicable "romance" of Amelia and Tony, which feels more like a friendship than deep, everlasting love. And we try to make sense and explore what feels wrong about Lydia and Geordie's very quick love connection. Finally we find out why Amelia's Dad is working as Justice in his free time and how that all started. But we are also left with a LOT of unanswered questions that we are hoping will be resolved within the last four chapters. Please write to us if you have any of the answers because we are doubtful we will get any satisfying resolution from this book at this point.
