In this Special Episode, we speak with Ladan Mirzadeh Hong. Ladan has over 14 years of experience working in the Higher Education sector, mainly in Widening Participation. She is currently working as the Widening Participation Careers Consultant at King’s. The main focus of Ladan’s role is to develop and lead on Careers+, an exclusive programme of additional careers-related activities and support for UK domiciled, undergraduate students from low socio-economic and marginalised backgrounds.
