Description

As a leader, how do you know when one season of your life is coming to an end? It has been said that good leaders prepare for their exit, plans for their succession, and knows when they are done, and their time is up.
My special guest today is Associate Pastor Wille Mae Jackson, of @bwcaroad. During this episode, she and I had the opportunity to discuss her plan to step away from ministry leadership in the next several years, the lessons she’s learned, and the legacy she wants to leave behind!
Conversation Highlights:

The world is clamoring for your attention
She learned to put God first by trusting in God with all her heart
Consistency and discipline are important to God
Don’t forget about your self-worth! You must take care of yourself mentally, physically, spiritually to help others!
She wouldn’t change everything she went through because both the bad and good were working for her good!
