  1. Self Audit - for working through the 'noise' 
  2. What's critical v what's not (and what's in my control v what's not) + documenting thoughts, if that works for you (journal if you will) 
  3. Filtering the chaos out there - watching the news, dodgy Facebook posts that all spell doom and gloom, which may be a reality but it doesn't help our mental health 
  4. Preventing the self fulfilling prophesy in our thinking 
  5. Practices that support our Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual health
