Beth Rice is 27, from Suffolk and a current Miss Earth Great Britain finalist. Beth is an environment and women in STEM advocate and works within clinical research to ensure patient safety on medical trials. Although happy in her career now, that has not always been the case and in her darkest times has gained a new perspective on her values, boss relationships and work life. Beth is determined to show that expressing femininity in pageants in no way reduces her credibility as a scientist and wants to encourage women to never shrink for other people or to meet society's expectations.
