Megan is a Female Empowerment Coach, who helps women and girls of all ages believe they are good enough in their own skin.
But how did she get there? Megan speaks with Cheniel about her tricky childhood, where she was often starved to try and make her loose weight…she was six years old…
Growing up she felt bigger than her friends, not as beautiful as them. She did not see herself represented in the media and instead of thinking about what she was not like or could not do, she began to realise she COULD do a lot!
The big change happened when she went on holiday, posted a photo in a bikini, and suddenly had women from all over contacting her to tell her how inspiring she was. If a picture could spark that reaction, Megan imagined what she could do if she really put effort into empowering women.
