In Romans chapter one Paul writes to the church in Rome and states that he wants to come visit them and preach the gospel to them. Why does Paul want to preach the gospel to those who already believe? This detail sets up the rest of his letter to them as he explains very carefully what understands the good news of Jesus to be. This is the first message in our series on this letter to the church in Rome.
