Rahab was an unmarried woman, with no family of her own, a gentile citizen of Jericho, and a prostitute. As an enemy of God her future only included death along with all of Jericho. Rahab's only hope was to recognize the Lord God was her salvation, and when she made that decision she was no longer the same anymore.
