In Romans 7:14-25 Paul seems to describe a battle that is happening within people as they live this life and relate to God. We might read that section of this letter and come to the conclusion that this describes what believers should expect to experience. However, in context, we can see that while many believers can identify with this kind of struggle Paul is not saying this should be our experience. In fact, Paul is saying that we should expect the exact opposite of this kind of battle. So what is that kind of battle all about? The question becomes a matter of were you set your mind.
