On October 12, 2011, a man walked into a salon in Seal Beach, California and opened fire. His intention was to murder his ex-wife. Unfortunately, he was able to kill 9 people. Even though there were witnesses and the murderer confessed, sentencing him proved to be a challenge, thanks to our favorite thing...corrupt cops!
