Levels of consciousness, or scale of consciousness, is a term coined in the 1970s by David Hawkins to describe the process of spiritual evolution. The Levels of consciousness ascend from from the lowest vibrational frequencies (death and shame) to full Divine Union. In this episode, I talk about this ascent, as tied in to stages of soul’s evolution — from a young soul to a starseed, or star traveller.
