On this reading of Race Matters by Cornel West we finish the third chapter of the book entitled The Crisis of Black Leadership and discuss the things that impediments to Black leadership in our society. We also begin the fourth chapter entitled âDemystifying the New Black Conservatismâ in which we dissect the neo-conservative ideology that we as beginning to emerge at the tail end of the 20th century.
