In this episode we begin reading the second chapter of Angela Davis’ Women, Race, and Class which begins with a discussion on the book Uncle Toms Cabin. We continue reading and discuss the intersectionality of abolishment of slavery and the rights of women that was glaringly obvious during the time period of the 1830’s.
