On LinkedIn, consistency is a word that's currently very popular. Be consistent with your marketing, be consistent with your messaging, be consistent with your posting, the list goes on. This is sound advice but I find many B2B tech founders can often end up in a pickle. They get caught up in the tactics (i.e. driving consistent marketing activities) but can do so without a strategic foundation in place. I explain why this can be harmful and provide perspective on how you can ensure you're driving consistency the right way.
