- “IT IS WHAT IT IS”, Inner circle PIP community know this phrase by heart. To acknowledge the present circumstances good or bad; truthfully, without bias and without making things out to be worse as they seem.
- Imagine being able to live with no fear, with no trepidation and nervousness about what the future may bring. This dear friend, is a state of mind we all wish to obtain but few of us ever reach. When crippled by withering anxiety, or stalked every step by looming self doubt, learning to control your internal state of mind, body and soul is PARAMOUNT.
- So often when we have problems, financially, emotionally, professionally, with relationships, self image or any other variety, our tendency may be to bottle up our negative emotions, beat ourselves up mentally, emotionally or physically for feeling inferior, less than perfect and incapable of reaching the high expectations that we set for ourselves.
- A similar set of feelings may occur when one does not act in accordance with one’s conscience and moral best interests.
- FIRST STEP TO FINDING INNER PEACE, DIRECTION AND PURPOSE:::::
- HONESTY WITH ONE-SELF, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT OUR EGO, OUR PRIDE, ARROGANCE, WILLFUL BLINDNESS AND ILLUSIONS OF GRANDEUR HAVE BLINDED US TO THE TRUTH OF OUR CURRENT SITUATION.
- ACCEPTANCE does NOT mean settling for less, ACCEPTANCE does NOT mean that you can get away from living a purposeless life without a deeper meaning. ACCEPTANCE is NOT a get-out-of-jail-free card to do whatever you want and to HELL with the consequences because you are alive for one lifetime anyways so F*CK EM all and go do whatever heinous actions you wish… ACCEPTANCE is not water on your fire… but the fuel that gets poured upon it.
- Acceptance when you truly embrace the possibilities of the Universe allow you to reverse the most heinous of wrongs.
- The term “REPENTANCE” according to Jeremiah Unterman (2017). Justice for All: How the Jewish Bible Revolutionized Ethics. University of Nebraska Press. p. 109. ISBN 0827612702 "To review one's actions and feel contrition or regret for something one has done or omitted to do; (esp. in religious contexts) to acknowledge the sinfulness of one's past action or conduct by showing sincere remorse and undertaking to reform in the future."
- The act of undertaking a repentance for ones actions by being willing to ACCEPT that you have done said actions and are genuinely willing to change your ways...This is an extremely powerful energetic force that we do not truly understand as of yet but has been heralded by religious and spiritual folk since the beginning primordial and recorded history.
- IT IS WHAT IT IS, when used at its best is a statement of intent to say no matter what negative has befallen me, I shall use it as a lesson and rise above my pain into greatness.
- Also used well when positive "blessings", "success" "good fortune" does smile upon us... Often we may suffer with imposter syndrome when faced with an initial level of success. Not feeling like we have yet earnt or deserved our reputation, status or expertise.
- IT IS WHAT IT IS allows us to acknowledge our own accomplishments with humility and grace, whilst not self deprecating ourselves and feeling like we owe ourselves less.
