100 cold showers in 2021 ❄️🚿✅

In the last few months I’ve shared why and the benefits I’ve experienced.

Here are two more reflections.

The first one sucks. They suck less the more consistently you do them and the benefits far outweigh the suck.

The longer you leave it until your next one, the more it’ll suck.

Length doesn’t matter. Anything within 30 seconds to 2 minutes is good. Anything longer than three doesn’t provide any further benefit (in my experience).

Start now. Build the habit now while it’s warmer. That way I hope you’ll keep going throughout the winter.

I’m already looking forward to the winter river dips 🙌🏻❄️
