This week I am joined by Californian Coach, Matthew Bousson. Referred to as “The Boss”, Matthew is a coach that helps people get better performance every day. Better heath, better fitness and even better character. Matthew is a featured coach on Conor McGregor’s FAST programme, has multiple pieces of research published, has worked with incredible teams and athletes in MMA, NFL and Rugby as well as being a F45 coach on Hermosa Beach in Los Angeles.
Growing up, Matthew spent time living in Australia and England. This has given him some unique perspectives on life and this shines through his approach to coaching, being ahead of his time, being better every day and surrounding himself with the best in the world.
