Description

This week I am joined by Natalie Allport, former national team snowboarder, athlete, entrepreneur and podcast host.

You can read more about Natalie's story here: https://natalieallport.com/about/

At the age of three, Natalie set her sights on representing her country in the olympics. she very nearly realised this dream as a snowboarder, only to fall agonisingly short . Despite this, she has taken her mindset and lessons from being an athlete on the highest stage and applied that to business and now helps people through her digital marketing company 93 Agency and the All In Podcast.

In this episode you will hear:

05:20 setting the goals of being in the olympics at three years old

06:50 "if you want new hockey skates, you have to work for them"

10:00 mental health in athletes

14:50 ALL IN mentality and why effort is cool

17:00 pay the sacrifice

21:30 nothing is given that wasn't deserved

24:50 training the mind and finding a flow state

26:50 the identity crisis

3030:20 why athletes make great entrepreneurs

I hope you enjoy this conversation and that it inspires you to be better than yesterday in someway. Be sure to subsribe and share this with someone who matters to you.

Much love

Ryan
