In the police, leaders would ask; what keeps you up at night? They would ask this as a way of trying to understand what people were prioritising, whether they were focusing on the right things, and subconsciously making a judgment as to whether they care enough about what needs to be done.
Well. Might I suggest we ask a different question?
Instead of what keep you up at night, ask you people, what must absolutely go right for this to be a success?
See what difference that makes.
Much love
