With all the nutrition supplements out there in the market, there can be a lot of confusion and misdirection for the sake of selling a shoddy product.
As a professional strength and fitness coach, and as a certified nutrition coach, I am VERY leery of nutrition supplement companies and I have spent years researching and testing out over the counter products on myself.
I’ve come up with a great formula for supplementation for myself and strive to keep it simple in regards to that, and so should YOU. You don’t need a counter or a cabinet full of supplements.
