"Namaste! I’m Umang Talati. I am a 27-year-old qualified practicing chartered accountant specializing in indirect taxes. I am currently a partner in our 70-year-old family firm ‘Talati and Company’ with my father and uncles.
Being an avid traveler, my experiences have always given me something new to learn at every turn. Meeting people from different places and countries and learning about their philosophy, culture and values has always been of keen interest to me! I have been very lucky to be part of this multicultural and diverse country full of culture and history, which has not only given me a deep sense of pride but also embedded in me a sense of community and brotherhood/camaraderie. Everything, be it a festival or a celebration is done together as a family, as a society and as a community".
