We live in a different world in 2020. Lockdowns are starting to happen again. So I wanted to talk about how we as builders can make it possible for our customers to still build from a distance without fear of something going wrong.  I deal with this frequently, and even before covid, we had to implement different things to make building from a distance possible.

1. Bidding and pricing - detailed feature sheet
2. Selections - keep a detailed outline of all selections made
3. Finances
4. Schedule
5. Communication timeline
6. Progress pictures - you can take pictures, and the client can mark the pictures
7. Ap with full access

Without software

1. Pictures through email
2. Zoom calls/FaceTime calls out on the job site
3. Detailed financial reports and expenses
4. Phone convos
