हर याद में मेरी तस्वीर है उसकी
न होते हुए भी वो पास ही तो है मेरे,
हर वक़्त आंखों में झलकता है इश्क उसका
फिर उसका इज़हार लफ़्ज़ों से क्या ज़रूरी है,
हर पहर पहेले भी थे उसके
और आज भी सुबह शाम उसी के नाम हैं मेरे,
हर मौसम हवा बनके टकराता है वो मुझसे
बारिश की बूँदों की तरह भीगा के चला जाता है रूह को मेरे,
हर बात में मेरी जिक्र होता है उसका
क्योंकि,खयाल तो उसी का होता है न ज़ेह्न में मेरे,
हर पल में अपने मैं जी रही हूँ उसे
उसके बिना भी वो पास ही तो है मेरे,
